Life is a series of ups and downs
A rollercoaster
Following an unseen cycle

One day all is well
The next, you think that hell might be better
Than this life

But once a feeling, a sentiment sets in
And stays
Then something has gone wrong

And have been and will be trying still
But nothing crack your stance

You answer my efforts with silence
With distance
Coldness and a sad smile

I feel torn
But I cannot but feel
The doom that rushes in
